Vesuvius Malaysia Sdn Bhd:

Vesuvius Malaysia was originally known as KSR Refractories Sdn Bhd which was commissioned in 1995. The Company was then part of KSR International; a division of the UK based Hinckley Group and remained so until 1998 when the Hinckley Group was acquired by Cookson Plc to become a part of Vesuvius.

The Malaysian factory was then renamed to Vesuvius KSR Sdn Bhd, it was officially changed to Vesuvius Malaysia Sdn Bhd in 2012.

The Malaysian plant produces full range of alumino-silicate monolithic refractories, precast, small cast and press in can.

Vesuvius Thailand Co. Ltd:

Vesuvius Thailand started business in 1985 primarily supplying to glass customer in Thailand. In 1996, Vesuvius started supplying to customer within the steel business and subsequently set-up a representative office in Thailand in 1998 with sales and technical support activities. In 2004, the business was set-up as a Company Limited under the Vesuvius Group Limited, supporting technology, application and installation of products at customer locations. In 2009, Vesuvius obtained the BOI certificate for Sale and Investment (TISO) as the Foreign Company supporting Technology for the Thai industry and combined to Foseco Thailand as master company merging. Service contracts for Tata Steel (Thailand) Group commenced in 2012.

Vesuvius Vietnam Co Ltd:

Vesuvius started to penetrate the Vietnam market since 2007 as the Representative Office of Vesuvius Malaysia Sdn Bhd. It then quickly expanded its presence with key clients and became Vesuvius Vietnam Company Limited officially in 2019.

Vesuvius Vietnam provides wide range of refractory applications with installation and operation service to customers. With experienced on-site engineering team and technical resolution-oriented experts, it features as one of the top market leaders in refractory for the steel industry in Vietnam.
